This species has been observed on Reunion Island

Superfamily : Doridoidea
Family : Chromodorididae
Distribution : Madagascar and Reunion
Maximal size : 15 mm
Abundance : Seldom if ever...


Species characteristics :

Running down the central part of the mantle are four narrow white lines delimiting three area . The central area is translucent pink and on the two lateral ones are pale orange.

On the margin of the mantle there are some purple spots.

Anteriorly, on the mantle, forward the rhinophores, there are three transversal bands : Orange, white then orange

Bibliographic data :

The mantle is elongately oval, widening at the anterior end to give a spatulate appearance
    The foot has a large pale purple margin
    The simple gills are translucent white with a deep orange line down the outer edge and an orange tip.
    The rhinophore are translucent white with an purple apex
