Identification confirmed by Raymond Huet
Maurice Jay in Vieoceane described 3 species of Bulla from Reunion Island with mottled pattern : Bulla ampulla, B. mabillei and B. vernicosa. The differences between theses 3 species is not very clear, so I prefered tu use the term of Bulla sp. 1
Bibliographic data :
The bullidae are a group of herbivorus bubble snails that have mottled, well calcified shells. Most species are nocturnal and feed on algae
