Species characteristics :

Relatively wide mantle skirt which has one major fold midway down each side and can have many secondary folds as well

The mantle is translucent white with a broad opaque white band around the edge


   Thin orange mantle border and similar colour on the gills.

Remarks :

This species looks like Ardeadoris symmetrica but in A. symmetrica there is medialy on the notum an opaque white marking looks like a little man
