It 's a photo of Favorinus japonicus. These aeolids feed on the egg masses of various opisthobranchs, such as Hexabranchus sanguineus. Because a duct of their gut extends up into each of the cerata on their backs, they change colour depending on the colour of the eggs they are eating.
