This species has been observed on Mayotte and Madagascar Islands

Species characteristics :
Background body colour cream.
It has three colour bands around the body edge : the outermost is orange, then white and finaly a band of pale yellow.
These marginal bands are visible on the dorsal and ventral surface of the body. |

Remarks :
Newman (2003), considered this species as an undescribed species (Pseudobiceros sp 8 )

Like other Pseudobiceros, this species actively swim with exaggerated undulations of their ruffled margin.
In this specimen we can observed some opaque white dots all over the body.
